We also record basic interactions such as page visits, referral and campaign labels, directory searches, profile views and clicks on call, website, directions or WhatsApp buttons. Traffic reporting does not collect a visitor name or email address.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the directory, review and publish listings, support business owners, prevent misuse, improve search and report listing activity. We do not sell personal information.

Public business information

Approved business names, descriptions, locations, contact details, websites and media may appear publicly. Unclaimed listings are compiled from public business sources and can be claimed or corrected by an authorized representative.

Storage and service providers

473BIZ uses secure hosting, authentication and storage providers to run the platform. Essential browser storage remembers site preferences. Data is retained only as long as needed for the directory, legal obligations and platform security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or removal of information associated with your business or account. Contact the 473BIZ team through its official channels and include enough information for us to verify the request.
